Double room in friendly houseshare (SHORT-TERM)

Hey there,

I am leaving for just short of three months with work and I would like to rent out my room in my houseshare while I am away. The room is available from 23/01/25 to 14/04/25. The room includes bed/mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bed-side tables, lamp and a mirror. The price is £580 including all bills, with a £580 deposit.

You will be living with two males in their 30s, Javier and James. They are both very friendly, open-minded and enjoy a chat, they also keep the place tidy and clean the house once a week. We're looking to find a friendly, clean and respectful person to take the room on a temporary basis that would contribute their share of the cleaning duties. Ideally we are looking for a professional or postgrad student who works regular hours.

There's plenty of space for three in the house. As well as the three bedrooms we have a living room, separate kitchen and spare room, so if you enjoy quiet time alone you can find it. We get on well and we're an open household with good communication.

Javier is a linguist and works at Southampton uni. He likes cycling, yoga and climbing, and enjoys going for a beer. He loves a political discussion if you're into that. He is in a long-term relationship and his partner may visit while you are here; she is very nice too.

James is a medical student at Southamton University and training to be a psychiatrist. He likes cooking, going to the gym and gaming. He's interesting to speak to and has a good sense of humour.
