Double room near train station and city centre

I’m moving cities and looking for someone to take over my room at the end of January. The rent is £350 per month, plus £50 council tax and £9 for Wi-Fi. Utility bills are not included. It’s a great price for the size of the room.

The room is on the ground floor, with the other three rooms located upstairs, so you get more privacy and quick access to the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. There’s a spacious bathroom downstairs and a smaller one upstairs. Near Foyes Corner and Queenstown Road bus stops to city centre (3-5min walk)
