We are looking to rent two more rooms for single occupancy in a alternative lifestyle friendly house share in Southampton. We are looking for liberal minded professional folk to enjoy living in a pleasant Edwardian semi with a courtyard garden.
The house is centrally located in a quiet residential area. Easy access to frequent local bus services, and two rail stations (5 minutes walk to Millbrook, 12-15 to Southampton Central. Access to Central London (Waterloo) from Southampton Central is 75 minutes on the quickest trains.
There are good local pubs and speciality shops. West Quay retail facilities and more vibrant nightlife are within easy reach. Easy access to the M3 and M27, the New Forest and Naturist beaches. On street parking available to side of property (free), and at front by annual residents permit (about £70).
Rooms are both good size doubles for single occupancy, one at £450 pcm, one at 400 pcm. All bills, council tax, wi-fi/internet and full sky package included. There is a communal lounge and a pleasant airy kitchen.
Rooms are currently being redecorated will be available very soon on a minimum 3 month contract, monthly notice thereafter. Deposit sum of one months rent plus first month of rent due in advance.
