One bedroom to rent in a modern two bedroom flat in the Freemantle area of Shirley.
The rent will be £450pcm, this includes all bills and broadband.
The flat is within 20 minutes walking distance of Southampton Central station and about half an hour from the city centre, as well as being minutes away from regular bus routes.
The room is a decent sized unfurnished double. There is no allocated off-road parking but I have never had any problems finding a space on the road. The flat is part of a quiet block of 4 with a balcony that gets a huge amount of sun in the summer!
The clean and tidy kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom will be shared with myself.
I also have a 5 year old cat so you must be pet friendly!
As well as working full time I like to live a fairly active lifestyle playing football 3 times a week for a local team and squeezing in as much socialising I can!
