The room has just been redecorated, has a bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk (if required) and bedside cabinet.

There's a living room, leather sofas, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dishwasher, 3 fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, bike storage and a south-facing garden. Sharing with working people - 4 females and 3 males - some work shifts so they are never all there at the same time.

The rent is £590 per month and includes all the bills. The deposit is £500.
