Double room in a cosy house

I am renting a furnished double room in Freemantle - Shirley (10 mins from train station and 20 mins walk into town) for minimum of 6 months available from 1.10.21.

The house is recently refurbished, it is really nice and light. It it close to Southampton central and city centre.

I am the live in landlord and there is 1 other housemate (3 people in total including you, but I tend to be away quite a bit travelling).

The house tends to have a more of a family feel as we tend to socialise quite a bit together and chill together drinking of watching Netflix. Also everyone at home travels a lot, I tend to spend few months a year travelling and there is also a very chilled garden.
