Available is a room let - a double in a spacious comfortable house. Now seeking a quality tenant, in keeping with the existing tenant make-up.

The person should be quiet, non-smoking, clean and respectful of others, with a positive mindset. Sharing with just 3 others. Minimum term of commitment: 3 months.
