Shared use of kitchen and front sitting room with 42 inch TV (landlord very seldom uses due to having own lounge) and large comfy sofa. Shared use of bathroom and separate toilet. Pretty garden and patio. Extra large double fitted wardrobes with ample storage above. Sole use of fridge in your own room. Free WiFi. Desk/vanity unit with three drawers. TV, Bedside cabinet with three drawers. I am a very clean, friendly, organised person and am looking for the same in any potential lodger. Smoking permitted in garden only. You may use a vape in your own room but not in shared areas. Must be a dog lover (landlord has a well trained cocker spaniel). Including all utility bills but a small contribution towards council tax may be required once a month due to loss of single occupancy. Walking distance to local amenities/beach plus good links to motorway and public transport. Monday to Friday let only would be preferable and rent adjusted to accommodate. MOD, Vectra, or Contractors, welcome. Two weeks rent deposit required to hold room to be returned when room is vacated in good order. Reference is required, but no fees.
