Mon to Fri

Extra large, fully furnished double room in a 3 bed house. Shared use of kitchen/diner, bathroom/shower, seperate toilet. Shared lounge with TV. South facing garden/patio. Friendly, clean, organised and busy person, I seek similar in a lodger. Landlord has 2 well behaved cocker spaniels. It is vital that you are dog friendly. Including utility bills but a contribution toward council tax possibly required. Walking distance to local shops/beach/country park, plus good links to motorway and public transport. Rent is payable in advance per calender month. I may possibly consider having an all week lodger with the rent increased to cover the weekends but really, I would much prefer Mon to Fri only. Smoking/vaping permitted but smoking strictly in the garden only. References/proof of identity required.
