I have a 2 bed flat that I have been refurbishing slowly. I also have a balcony that leads large garden that is relatively private.
I work away during the week so whoever I select will basically have the run of the house Mon - Fri apart from I msy be on holiday or choose to work from home. I like to keep the place clean so I'd expect the same of others.
I am very easy going and will want who ever shares the flat to feel completely at home. All bills are inclusive.
