This large double room is on the first floor of our spacious, recently renovated Victorian house and is located on the front of the house with double aspect windows allowing loads of sunshine to stream in. The room has a double bed with memory foam mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet with it's own modern shower room. It has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster with a table and chair.

There is a cozy living area with a flat screen TV just off the modern kitchen which is stocked with all the usual white goods, and everything you will need to create a gourmet meal. There is both a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The garden is a sun trap and has a patio with table and chairs outside for tenants to use.

This is the ideal property for professionals looking for high quality, contemporary accommodation within easy reach of the high street shops with a convenience store close by, and several great local pubs and restaurants. Easy access to the ferry to Gunwarf Quays and the Portsmouth mainline train station.

TV sockets and superfast broadband are available in all the large beautifully furnished rooms. There is also an extra large secure cycle store in the garden for tenants to use.

The rent covers all bills and we even throw in the services of a cleaner for the communal areas twice a month, freeing up more time for you to do what you enjoy.

There is a £675 security deposit* payable in addition to your first months rent. I also ask prospective tenants to pay a £50 holding deposit to progress any tenancy application. The holding deposit is deducted from your first months rent in the event of a successful application.
