Large double room available in a detached 5-bed house with garden and large veranda, 2 reception rooms, dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar.

All bills included.

Sharing with myself and my partner (as landlords), and one other tenants. Bathroom will only be shared with the other lodger (and occasional guests of ours).

We are looking for a clean and tidy working professional who will integrate with our household. We are sociable individuals who will enjoy a catch up in the evenings, but also enjoy quieter evenings and will respect your personal space!

Must be okay with pets, as we do have a dog.

We are looking for someone who works a Mon-Fri day job away from the house, as we do often work from home during the weekdays.
