This historic grade II listed building built in 1856 is a peaceful retreat for someone who loves history. This superb period property has a large but cozy lounge with plenty of reading material, two spacious bedrooms with extra large beds, two bathrooms also with its own private parking and communal gardens. Superbly located as you just pop across the road to the cafes, shops and walk ways of Gosport Marina, and then minutes from Portsmouth by a 5 minute ferry.

A communal door shared with just one other will take you up a flight of stairs (no lift access) to this first floor apartment. There is a bright lounge area with large windows that look out to the gardens. 2 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite plus a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, communal gardens, a parking space plus additional parking for any visitors.

This conveniently located property has excellent transport links and is a 15 minutes drive from J11 of the M27 and a 5 minute walk to the Gosport Ferry where you can get to Portsmouth in a matter of minutes.
