Double room to rent. Not suitable for couples or persons with pets or worse children.

No deposit required, rent is paid monthly in advance. Rolling monthly payments with no min/max let.

Room is furnished with a double bed, 2x chest of drawers, chairbed, triple wardrobe, TV and Roku streambar. Shared use of kitchen/bathroom. I've provided a new mattress protector, pillows and duvet if required.

There's a lockable bicycle shed, however I can't guarantee any car parking.
