Lovely double room in family home

A furnished downstairs room with wooden floor and French doors to the back garden, near the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. It’s fresh and bright as has been recently painted. The room size is 3.58m x 2.67m.

We’re a friendly, clean and tidy family home, it’s about 15 minutes walk to the Gosport ferry.

I am a professional female working from home (in an upstairs room) in the daytime. There is one other lodger (female) and my son, who’s a student at university, so only around during the holidays. I have an en-suite so there’s no problem with bathroom availability. If you have a well behaved cat that may be possible, not suitable for dogs. We have high-speed fibre broadband.
