Large furnished double room in friendly house

I am looking for another lodger to share my 3 bedroom house with myself and a Ukrainian couple who are here under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. My house has a bathroom (with shower) and an additional shower room with toilet. In addition there is another toilet so bathroom facilities should not be an issue. There is a shared kitchen and large lounge diner. You will have your own under counter fridge and two drawers in a freezer. There is a conservatory and a lovely sunny aspect garden. I can offer off street parking. The house is in the centre of Gosport right by the greenery of Ann's Hill cemetery and a short walk to privet Park and Hermitage wildlife gardens. Bus stops going to Gosport and Fareham are within 50 metres of the front door. I have a mesh system for broadband so signal is good anywhere in the house and garden. I have a Miele washing machine, a dehumidifier to assist indoors drying and a tumble drier plus outside washing lines. I also have a dish washer, two microwave ovens and double convection oven and standard gas hob. There is plenty of storage space for your food items - you would have half of the shelving on the far wall pictured in the kitchen photo.
My Ukrainians couple are very nice and their English is sufficiently good to have good conversations.
