Short term room to let up to 6 months, ELSON AREA

Double room to rent, short term up to 6 months.

We are a very clean and modern working household. I am the only other resident during this period as my wife is working overseas. I also work a lot and am an outdoors person so spend very little time at home, I have a camper and often go off in that in my spare time.

THE ROOM
King size ottoman bed with under bed storage, large built in desk area ideal for computers etc complete with hard wired internet and WiFi. Smart TV connected to the internet and household Netflix account. Built in wardrobe with rail and large chest of drawers.

Bathroom is modern and used also by myself to shower only as the house has 2 toilets, so we can both have our own independent use of the separate toilets and wash basin .

The house is very clean and I am looking for a lodger who is clean also. This is a pet free non smoking house, strictly no smoking in the house.

Parking is plentiful outside in a private residential car park.

I work full time and ideally I am looking for someone who also works full time.

This opportunity will ideally suit, a full time professional, male or female, looking for a short term let 1-6 months. (You can decide how long but a min of 1 month and a max of 6 months).
