Once the viewing has taken place we just need to go through the application process, once accepted the prospective tenant pays a one weeks holding deposit to (which will be deducted off your first months rent) once approved we ask you for a £650 deposit which is then secured with the government bond scheme

We’re proud of offering a comfortable clean property so to help keep it this way we just ask all of our tenants to join our house watts app and carry out a 30 minute weekly room chore and post up a couple of photos for transparency
