Room available;
One large double bedroom on the ground floor with a wardrobe and a double bed with mattress. There is space for a desk or other personal furniture in this room as it is large.

There is access to a shared lounge with two sofas and a TV. There is access to the patio area and garden via french doors.

It also has access to a newly fitted kitchen with a dining area which looks over the garden. We have a cleaner Bridie who is lovely, however, she will tell you off if you leave washing up.

There is a large bathroom with a separate shower and plenty of cabinet storage. I do have another bathroom which I use as my Ensuite that can be used if necessary.

The household;
I am the live in landlord and spend half my time with my partner at their house and half my time here.

Lodger Luke is a professional and spends his time in between London and here.

Bob the cat is a furry freeloader who loves company and being played with. We all look out for him and keep his food bowl full, we don't let him know there is a limit to how much food he is allowed though!
