Double room - full flat majority of the time

Hi , I have a two bedroom flat in Gosport only 5 minutes walk to the ferry and only a minute to the high-street.

I am looking to rent out a double room and keep one to store a few bits but I will be moving up north in September so the majority of the time the full flat will be yours .

Ideally I would prefer someone who is looking at staying a year and that will look after the place as their own.

Bills including Wi-Fi will be covered gas and electric will be covered upto £55 as over two years of owning the flat my highest bill in winter was £50 so anything over £55 I will have to add onto the rent.

The flat will have an allocated parking spot for you to use.

Would consider someone needing to move in sooner with a discounted rate of £550per month until September when I move out.
