Looking to rent out one of my spare rooms. Your good size double room will be furnished apart from a tv.

A 3 bed house with both a back and front garden and garage. DG and CH. Cosy living room, large dining room with an open kitchen. Small conservatory, down stars toilet. There is a small single room so people can stay over or if you have children and they come and stay with you they have some where to sleep. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over bath. The house is only across the road from the range, easy access to local shops and bus roots.

All bills are inclusive apart from telephone, food and personal toiletries.

I don't spend alot of time at home as I'm either at work or up the yard looking after my horses so when i am at home i do like to chill out so i am looking for someone who is quiet and cosiderate of other people privacy.

Price; or £400 with a £200 deposit. if you a couple looking to move the price will be higher: £170 pw or £735 pcm with a deposit of £300.
