Double room in a family home

We are looking for a friendly, professional non-smoker to share our home, we are a sociable couple with a 14 year old, a lodger and a 2 year old staffy. (Yes he can still be hectic!)

The room is fully furnished, bills included with all bedding supplied as required. You have access to wifi although there is a wired connection also available. The room is a good size, there is a single bed , with guest underneath which can be made up into a double bed. I have included photos to show both ways made up. The boiler is situated in the room but has never been a problem in the past.

The shared areas of the house are the lounge, kitchen, garden and bathroom. You will have shared access to the microwave, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. You will have your own cupboard and space in the fridge and freezer as well as use of all crockery and cooking utensils.

The room is available immediately and I am home most of the time so can work around you for viewings.
