I'VE a double room to let out just had new carpet and bed .
The room was repainted just under a year ago so all nice and fresh.. The room is at the rear of property looking over the garden .there is also a tv fitted on the wall.. wifi in the property and off road parking if required .the property is approximately 25 minutes from town walking .2 corner shops just 3 minutes away.. full use of property has I work long hours and limited time off.... I'm a clean and tidy person has ex-forces so would like the same in a person also (clean&tidy ). Quite happy for long term person . if you need any more info please text are message me ...
