Double room in nice, tidy, spacious, sunny flat with a balcony to let. Located at the Lee-on-Solent end of Gosport overlooking HMS Sultan playing fields, 0. 5 miles from Stokes Bay, 3 miles from the Portsmouth Ferry and about 5 miles from Fareham. Off-road parking available too.
The room is 10'10 x 8' plus fitted wardrobe. It's double glazed and has a chest of drawers, bedside chest, quite a new bed etc. Also, shared use of all other facilities in the flat.
I am looking for a strictly non-smoking, trustworthy, tidy person who would respect my property as many evenings and weekends I am likely to be out which is why someone who I regard as trustworthy is important to me.
