This is a very cute house, small but beautifully formed. Best suited to a professional who needs to be in the area for work either in Gosport, Fareham or Portsmouth, monday to fridays only. Within walking distance to the walk on ferry across to Portsmouth. 15 mins drive to Fareham and easy access to the M27 east or west bound. The room is quite small, with a double bed, but has everything one needs. The house is a new-build and overlooks an inlet of the sea. There is a balcony to sit out on and a courtyard for the better weather. There is 1 shared bathroom. This would ideally suit a professional woman but depending on the person might suit a student but this is primarily an offer for a monday-fridays let. There is a very friendly cocker spaniel dog and quite shy cat, so you need to be an animal lover! The house is 2 streets from all necessary shops so situated in a very convenient environment.
