Single Room available in Gosport

Hi
I have a single room for rent in my family home for £300 per month. Close to gosport town centre, transport links, 24hour gym and amenities.
The room has recently been re-decorated, and comprises of a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and flat screen tv. I have new bedding if required.
You would have shared use of a large kitchen and bathroom, cooking facilities, white goods, wireless broadband, storage area for push bike etc.
The family home comprises of myself and my 18 year old son. I work full-time and my son has just finished college.
We are looking for a clean, trustworthy, working person who respects others privacy. All bills included except food and telephone.
