The room is fully furnished with a double bed, side table, tallboy and fitted double wardrobe, with a door leading out onto a small balcony. There is also a rear garden and plenty of parking.
I am the only person living at the house and I will only consider professional working people.
I will require one months rent in advance and one months notice to end the tenancy.
I am fine with smoking outside only.
