I am looking to rent out my spare room, has a new double bed, wardrobe etc.
I work away during the week, so you'd only be sharing the facilities at weekends and occasional nights.
The house comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, downstairs loo, lounge / dining room, kitchen and large garden. The house is 3 minutes walk to Waitrose, about 25 minutes walk to the Gosport ferry and to Stokes Bay.
I have a friendly dog who's fur doesn't malt. She is happy to play or enjoy a lap to curl up on.
I'm looking for someone reliable, honest, clean and easy to get along with.
