There is a TV with Virgin Media in the lounge, along with an aerial point in the bedroom for your own TV if you wish.

There is use of a washing machine and rear access to the garden with a secure shed for bikes.

Single occupants only please with no pets and non-smoker.

Deposit required, along with a reference from previous landlord/lady or employer.
