Hello, and welcome to my ad! I have exceptionally clean rooms to let in detached and very quiet house in prestige area of Gosport. Nature reseve nearby, sea 5 mins walk. On bus route.

Room 1 - large double room - the one dressed in gold in the photos. Own ensuite, shower, loo, sink, shaver point, chest of drawers, desk if required, built - in double wardrobe. £625pcm. Double bed.

Room 2 - Single room at £550 pcm with pull out second mattresss under- 11'1 x 8'9. Can fit a small double bed, if you have your own. Double built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk. Shared use of full bathroom, with one other, bath with shower over, sink, shaving point.

Room 3 - single room, unfurnished. Use of bathroom with just one other.

Anyway..... this is a pristinely clean detached property, in whicht is considered one of the premier areas of Gosport.

I would like to stress that it is a quiet house - would suit those who would appreciate their own space and quietude offered here. No loud parties!!! Would suit contractors, Vector employees, and other professionals. Those seeking a Monday- Friday, at adjusted rent, would also be considered

Now here comes the boring legal bit! Yawn, yawn!

I do everything by the book - so you would be on an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) and your deposit would be placed in one of the Government Protection Schemes: I use either the TDS or the Deposit Protection Scheme myself: it's been the law for yonks to protect a tenant's deposit in one of these schemes.

Anyway, the Tenancy Agreement would run for 6 months, with option for you to leave giving two months' notice, a month after you move in. But I am looking for long-term tenants, in which case the AST becomes a rolling tenancy after 6 months. Same T&C's. Ok, so that's the legal stuff covered!!!! (phew!)

House has all mod cons, fully equipped kitchen, m/w, utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer.

Parking outside house, or in nearby bays, and I mean nearby, seconds away!

Location is a 5 min walk away to main bus route to Gosport or Fareham. And bus ideal for those working at Portsmouth, via Ferry! You can get there on foot in 20 mins! House is nearby water's edge at Hardway. Ideal for jogging!

There is a smallish garden - not much to look at, has to be said, but anyone with an interest in gardening and willing to throw the lawnmower about every now and then, I'd give a rent reduction for that. Having said that it is a nice little sun-trap, and I do at least keep it tidy!

Full Gas safety certification and Electrical certification and the EPC, will be available for your inspection as per the law. Council tax band is F

Basically looking for quality tenants- but in no rush. The more mature person would be ideal, who is looking for a long-term home.
