Double Room with own bathroom

This sunny double room is on the top floor of our 5 bed town house situated in a leafy village with bus connections to the local surrounding towns. The nearest train station is Liss which is on the main line into London Waterloo.

The room is furnished which includes your own TV with Sky. You also have your own bathroom which includes loo, sink and shower. You have use of the kitchen with your own cupboard and shelf in both the fridge and freezer.

We are a young family with two daughters aged 2 and 5 years. In addition, my step son who is 12 years of age stays with us every other weekend for one night. It is a busy household but a lovely place to live and use as your base. You will have privacy from the rest of the family as your room is located on a different floor to our bedrooms/bathrooms.

There is a local pub within easy walking distance as well as a park and plenty of good cycle/running routes.

Although we as a family use our two appointed parking bays there is parking for extra cars along our road. (We recommend you having a car if you live in Greatham.)

We are looking for a quiet, personable, easy going and independent person who likes children. You must be TIDY, RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE. We would like someone who stays during the week and returns home at weekends.
