A room to rent

This is a two bedroom apartment, Ensuite Bathroom. The room has sliding patio doors. Im a live in landlady im looking for someone for about 2-4 mpnths possibly who is relaxed and easy-going very important, Clean and tidy and respectfull and considerate. You would have a double bed and built-in wardrobe it's a large room, including a table and lamp, The kitchen is a open planned to my lounge my other lodgers have been fine in the past with this. It's a .10 minutes walk to the train station and gym, Hamble village is 10 minutes away walk with bars and restaurants and 20 minutes away by car to southampton. I would consider a Monday to Friday lodger and i would need a couple of references as well thankyou.
