Spacious King Room in Friendly Family Home

We’re looking for a lovely housemate to join our warm and welcoming family home.

We are a family of three – myself, my partner, and our six-year-old son, Dexter, who is sociable, chatty and a real joy to have around. This is very much a lived-in family home, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys that environment rather than someone seeking a completely separate or anonymous house share.

The room is a private downstairs bedroom with a king-sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and a fitted TV with access to all major streaming services. It’s a comfortable, cosy space with good privacy while still being part of the home.

We have a large, newly landscaped garden with outdoor seating, an outdoor kitchen and a gas barbecue, which we love using in the warmer months. It’s a great space to relax and unwind.

We’d love to find someone who is friendly, respectful and easygoing, and who might enjoy occasionally sharing a meal or a chat with us. At the same time, we absolutely respect personal space and independence. Our priority is that whoever moves in feels genuinely at home and comfortable here.

Although we don't have any resident pets, we do occasionally look after dogs, so a dog lover is preferred.
