Great value, single room, Hamble, Mon-Fri let

Hi I have a single room to rent in my lovely spacious house in the pretty village of Hamble. The house is equipped with all the mod cons you would expect including wireless. It's a 10 min walk to the marinas, pubs and village centre. There's a bus stop right by the house or the train station is 10 mins walk away. If you've got a car, its minutes to the M27 motorway and there is off street parking too.
The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. Linen and towels are provided. The house has separate lounge and dining room and good size kitchen so lots of living space. And there's a huge garden too. Bathroom is shared between 2 lodgers. It is an ideal bolt hole for someone working away from home during the week.
I am pretty easygoing and used to sharing, but like things to be kept clean and tidy. I'm quite social and like to be out and about, but also like some quiet time at home. I would hope that my new sharers would have similar requirements!
 Short - term is an option. Room becomes available in September 2016.
