- zero tolerance on drugs
- smokers welcome, but asked to smoke outside
- Rent required to be paid via Standing Order

*Allergy warning* house comes with a cat, although she is not allowed into bedrooms unless you let her.
Cat care is 100% with the landlord, so you will not be expected to feed.
