RENT FREE?

I am looking for a FEMALE house sharer who is possible interested in 'Taking over' housework etc, gardening(It is a very large garden and it only needs keeping tidy, if you wish to pay a gardener that can be arranged), cooking etc in return for FREE rent 'bills only to pay'!(replace lose of single occupancy c/tax, Council spare room increase. share half cost of waters, gas, electric, maybe food etc). The £300 monthly mentioned is a guess to how much total costs should add up to.
would like a little company (Need own space too!), perhaps making the house a home.
It has a large kitchen, the bedroom is a medium sized double.
Close to most amenities in quiet green with great neighbours.
Note.
Broadband can only be used via dongle.
Smoking STRICTLY limited to outside or bathroom only.
AS THIS IS A HOUSE SHARE WE WILL NEED TO GET ON UNDER THE SAME ROOF SO PLEASE GIVE AS MUCH INFO ON YOURSELF AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL NEED TO MEET UP SOCIALLY BEFORE WE DECIDE ON DETAILS A FEW TIMES DURING WEEKS BEFORE MOVING IN!
