Tenant must like dogs as I have a Jack Russell Terrier called Pickle and four chickens in the garden. Gas, electric and high speed internet is included in the price. There is a double memory foam bed and mattress, tv, small cabinets and a bed side light in the room. A built in wardrobe and small built in shelves provide lots of storage space. Shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room. Lots of garden space for relaxing in when summer comes around again. No smoking in the house but garden is ok.
