Looking for a professional between the age of 25-40 years old, preferably female as the current lodger is female. I do not stay at the property often due to work and travelling. No current pets and deposit of one month’s rent to be paid with the rent up front for that month. Easy going and relaxed landlord. I work away and spend weekends away in my camper.
