Looking for a room mate to house share within a 3 bed property.

A spacious double room available downstairs with its own private access to outside. A shared downstairs bathroom is located next door to the room. An upstairs shower room is also available to be used. Shared front room. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

Currently only myself that occupy the house with a well behaved cocker spaniel dog. I am a professional worker and work full time hours out of the house.

Ample parking is available to the rear of the property.
