Looking for a flatmate

Looking for a housemate to move into my two bed top floor flat in central Havant with me. Will be from September onwards if all references and checks are ok. Will be living 3 cats (one being a kitten) so must love cats as much as I do 😅
I do not expect you to be responsible for the cats in any way, all I ask for is that you treat them as if they were yours.

All bills included currently: £750 which includes cleaning supplies shared and included in bill money unless agreed upon otherwise.
Deposit: £715

All spaces shared (except bedrooms).
Room already comes furnished with curtains, tv unit, desk and chair, chest of drawers, ottoman bed and bedside table.

Non smoker, must be a clean and tidy individual.
NO COUPLES, CHILDREN OR OTHER ANIMALS.

I am a relatively easy going individual, I’ll respect you as long as you respect me and our home.
