Room for short term rent in good location

Room for short term rent in Havant. Maximum 6months at present.
We are a professional married couple aged 29-30 with two dogs. Our dogs can be a little nervous with new people to begin with so an animal friendly person is a must! Our spare room has a small built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. At present there is no bed (just a sofa bed) but this can be arranged. We have a bathroom upstairs next to the bedroom with a shower over the bath. We also have a downstairs toilet. We have a driveway and on road parking is plentiful and there is no need for permits. We are currently refurbishing our house (almost there) so the kitchen is a bit dated but completely useable. We have a cooker, ait fryer, microwave and dishwasher. All bills included other than a £20 per month contribution to gas and electric.

We are 1 mile away from Havant train station and there are bus stops locally. Also there is a Lidl/ iceland a few shops a couple of mins walk away.

Deposit is for holding the room and rent is to be paid in advance of each month. Room will be let on a rolling basis with 1 months notice from either ourselves or you.
