Yellow cottage

This is an old house in Havant near the town centre and railway station and not far to Mand S and Waitrose …and other shops and handy for the A3M and the M27…
The house was divided in the past but I have both parts of the original house so that my spare room and the shower room is quite private and there are two sitting rooms each with a wood burner for cosy winter evenings.
There is a large garden with sitting out areas in the sun or shade and parking in the road or in the congregation car park of the church opposite the house by kind permission of the priest..
I am refurbishing my garden at present with the help of new chickens soon…..my last lot were carried off by the fox recently.
I also have an allotment so I am quite busy getting that ready for bumper crop of fruit next year….
I am looking for a fit healthy professional person in work …I have had lodgers staying for nearly thirty years and enjoy having them around…it is a quiet home and I hope it will be enjoyed as such by a new lodger.
