Room to rent

This is my room that I am advertising, I am a student doing a professional placement year however my working situation has changed and no longer need to be in Havant, so looking for someone to take over this room. As I am not the landlord I can’t say whether couples or pets are allowed, this can be discussed. Although there are 6 rooms being rented, one of the tenants doesn’t live here so there’s only 5 living in the house.
