Spacious and comfortable double room available in a well-kept home with a live-in landlord. I work two days a week in the office and the rest from home, so the house is generally calm and well looked after.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and a working space, offering a cosy and practical space to relax. You’ll also have access to a sizeable shared kitchen, utility room, your own fridge and a small garden—perfect for some fresh air or a quiet moment outside.

The home is located near to shops. Staunton Country Park, a bus route into Havant and is 1.5 miles from Havant Station

My 7-year-old daughter stays with me every 2–3 months and has her own separate room. Outside of those visits, it’s a quiet household.

Parking is easy, with on-street availability in a nearby layby just a 30-second walk from the house.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going—who will treat the home with respect and be comfortable in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
