New large double bedroom

Bedroom not available for viewing and moving into until mid August

I am a live-in landlady in a quiet house (apart from TV being loud now and again)

Brand new bed, bed linen. Newly decorated.

Whole house has been renovated to a good modern standard

Bedside table and tall drawer cabinet with mirrored glass.

Hard flooring. Two very large built in cupboards.

Large bathroom with shower, toilet and basin and storage cabinet.

Generally a quiet area and no loud music.

Room is not for viewing until early to mid September.

All bills included except for a cleaner for the room, if this is wanted
