Shower-room (hot water on demand) and equipped kitchenette ideal for simple meal preparation, which is shared with one quiet, tidy professional male.
No car needed as everything is nearby. Great location for A27, A3. Havant Mainline Station, Bus Station and town centre all between 10 and 15 minutes walk.
Payable weekly in advance to secure the room week on week and with one week's notice either way.
