We always aim to procure housemates who are friendly, clean, tidy and willing to contribute to the smooth running of a pleasant shared environment.

Cleaner visits the property once a fortnight to tackle deeper cleaning.

All applicants will be subject to right to rent checks and required to submit all necessary documents
