1 double room £450p/m bills included

We have 1 spare room to rent, and live in Havant.

We have a 4 bedroom house with 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, so we have plenty of space. We also have a nice little garden which is perfect to chill out in with a beer after work in the summer!

I'm 32, Heather is 26, and our other Lodger is 31. We all work full time so tend to do most of our socialising at the weekends. Weekday evenings are mostly spent chilling out at home or going to the gym.

We would be looking for £450 per month for a fully furnished double room this includes bills, Wi-Fi and use of the 2nd bathroom and 2nd living which would be shared with our other lodger.

We are looking for a house mate who will tidy and clean up after themselves, and is happy to be around pets (we have a 9 month old kitten).
