Single room in very quiet area.
My husband and i both work in oxford and stay there when working so our new tenant will literally have the run of the house when we are away.
We are fun to be around (so we are told)and do appreciate that we all enjoy our private time so when we are home we wont be under anyones feet.
Our son lives with us at this time but stays at his girlfriends most of the time.
