We are looking for a friendly housemate to join us!
The house is modern with new furniture, situated in a quiet area. There are 3 bathrooms with a shower and bath available, a good sized kitchen and living room. There is also a small, stylish garden at the back of the house.
The room for let has a double bed, wardrobes which have shelving and a hanging rail, bed side tables.
We enjoy watching films, eating good food and keeping fit when we can.
We have a 2 year old dog called Joey. He is really friendly, very well behaved and well looked after. He will not chew or damage any possessions and he is completely toilet trained.
We like to keep the house clean and we all help out and share the jobs to keep everything tidy.
There is access to off road parking if you need it.
