Housemate wanted

I live in a 3 bed house and I am looking for a housemate to rent out the other double bedroom.
There is a front and back garden, off road parking in a very quiet area. The house has been recently re-decorated, there are two reception rooms and an open log fire. The double bedroom has an inbuilt large wardrobe. The room does have a mattress and a side table and basic chest of drawers.
Housemate will have full access to washing machine. There is a tv socket in the bedroom so feel free to bring your own tv.
I am a very clean, tidy person and enjoy keeping fit.
I am ideally looking for a professional person. Don't mind a smoker, but smoking is outside.
